Banana Pancakes

A banana pancakes recipe to fall in love with!

IPerfect for the weekend brunch, for breakfast during the week or for afternoon coffee

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour, preferably whole grain
  • 240ml soy milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 pinches of cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 large banana, mashed
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 tbsp macadamia oil
  • Some neutral oil for frying (e. g. sunflower)
  • Maple Syrup

Preparation:

Step 1

Mix all ingredients carefully to form a smooth dough.

Step 2

Heat a little neutral oil in a non-stick pan and fry small pancakes one after the other.

Step 3

Stack on two plates and pour plenty of maple syrup over them. Serve immediately and enjoy.
